We know that finding a good registered seat can eventually cause problems when establishing a company. We provide a solution with our registered seat service for this problem. Using our service you may indicate our Budapest office in a central location as your registered seat, where we always receive your business / official letters.

• It may effect positively on the reputation of your company to have a Budapest office address on the company card, correspondence and references.
• In case you use our service you may write our Budapest office address as your own on all company documents.
• We forward all the received mails daily, or we can keep them in our office where you may pick them up during work hours.
• You may use this service immediately after signing the agreement on it.
• The fee of this service is 25 € / Mo + VAT.
• The minimum duration of the agreement is 12 months.
• In case you order this service please bring your passport, proof of address, proof of tax number and company documents (registration .es3 file from the company court), specimen’s signature with you. Power of attorney too in case you are not the managing director.
• If you have an existing Hungarian kft with different registered address, you also have to modify the articles of association. Our lawyers can manage this process for you. You can sign the modification documents in our office or in the local Hungary embassy in your country.
• We cannot provide physical office space, we cannot store your bookkeeping documents, and we don't translate your official letters. Certified translation service is available if you need it.
